WIlhelm Möhle is not listed in the SS-Officer list of NARA and he is also listed as Leutnant, so it can be that he also was SS-Obersturmführer and not "only" SS-Untersturmführer.

Why he is not listed in the Officers list of NARA can be the reason that he was not part of the Waffen-SS, even if I believe it´s just a misstake of the old Colonel who made the list.
