This Karl August Morisse is not listed in the SS-Führerliste (W-SS) from NARA so obviously wasn´t he attached to any SS-Division or similiar units. I don´t think he was an Allgemeine-SS officer either so most probably was he attached to a SS-Amt located in Berlin. And in the "Götterdämmerung" of Berlin he became MIA.
If anyone has more info on this Officer I would appriciate if you want to share the info.
